Who said radio was dead?

So. Two important things of note.

1. We got played on 107.7 The Bone last night as part of their local show. We sent them a CD and they independantly picked “Gone” as the track to play. The Bone has great coverage in the Bay Area so this is great exposure for us, but we can’t let it stop there. We’d like all of our friends and fans help in requesting more of us on The Bone! You can call them up at 1-888-303-BONE or email Joe Rock at rock@thebone.net. Thank you!!

2. The great local magazine INK has a feature story on our local station X 103.9 and it’s format change to rap/rock. They even asked our opinion. Check it out!

Once again, thank you for all the support and coming out to the shows and leaving us comments and sending us messages! It’s so important to get feedback from everyone to keep this thing going, we couldn’t do it without you!

Don’t forget your guitar stand…

IMG_5096.JPG …because when you forget your mic stands you can use it as one.

We had an awesome time playing at the Krazy Koyote, by far our best playing experience in Gilroy ever. We made some friends and hopefully new fans. We also didn’t bring our mic stands. Now seeing as neither Vic or I were going to wear Mike’s head mic (I love Queensryche but I’m not prepared to go there yet), we had to brush up on our McGuyver skills. With a little electrical tape, two guitar stands and a steel rod procured from the fence of a local convenience store to remain unamed, we fashioned together a dual mic stand worthy of Van Halen.

Now I’m not one to brag, but it rocked. In true rock star fashion Vic and I sung over each others shoulders, made rock and roll faces and stomped our way through the songs. We don’t need no stinking mic stands! We must thank Mike for his ingenious mechanical mad scientist skills.
